Food for thought

This is abalone on top of a dumpling. Abalone is a shell fish and is always served with this brown sauce. It is a chewy fishy delicacy that we could do without. The Chinese go ga-ga over it.

This is a cow's stomach and I haven't gotten the courage to eat one yet...I'm still waiting to try chicken feet and smelly tofu, which are way more popular in Hong Kong.

It is always nice to see friends from home. Dana came to visit me in March just before I left for the US. This picture of us is taken on Lamma Island.



















Then last week Michael came here on business. There are the boys in Lan Kwai Fong from left to right: Michael, Mike, Samson, Simon and Jason.

Lamma Island

The day after Christmas, known as Boxing Day, we went to Lamma Island for lunch a bit of shopping.

Dana is coming to visit March 2 and we plan to go back and hike from Yung Shue Wan to Sok Kwu Wan.
