This is abalone on top of a dumpling. Abalone is a shell fish and is always served with this brown sauce. It is a chewy fishy delicacy that we could do without. The Chinese go ga-ga over it.

This is a cow's stomach and I haven't gotten the courage to eat one yet...I'm still waiting to try chicken feet and smelly tofu, which are way more popular in Hong Kong.
