This is a cow's stomach and I haven't gotten the courage to eat one yet...I'm still waiting to try chicken feet and smelly tofu, which are way more popular in Hong Kong.

It is always nice to see friends from home. Dana came to visit me in March just before I left for the US. This picture of us is taken on Lamma Island.
